Here at MT3 we believe in FREEDA Principles a term derived by our founder Tony Molloy and is based off of FREDA Principles in relation to Human Rights
It stands for:
Fairness: Here at MT3 we will always strive to aim for fairness and openness in our business and social related interests.
Respect: MT3 will treat members of the public with respect, however this is a two way street. MT3 expects to be treated respectfully from members of the public.
Equality: Where possible MT3 will treat members of the public with equality, however we recognize equality cannot always be achieved.
Equity: Where equality cannot be provided MT3 will aim to provide equity. A good example of this is a wheelchair user. Providing these individuals with equality would mean no accessibility options. We cannot provide them equal access to stairs so we do the next best thing, we provide ramps and lifts so the individual can enjoy the same access as a fully abled person.
Dignity: MT3 will do it's upmost to respect your dignity at all times.
Autonomy: MT3 aims to respect and encourage your autonomy at all times. MT3 is a firm endorser of choice along with making sure your will and preference is heard. MT3 respect all forms of communication and will do it's upmost to provide services to you that allow your thoughts to be heard and understood by all as much as possible.
