Hello World, 

My programming fellows will understand this reference and it is with great enthusiasm that I attempt to introduce you to me, Tony John "The Irish Phoenix" Molloy. I humbly ask that you be respectful and attempt to follow MT3 FREEDA Principles in your interactions with me. These are available on the home page of MT3.ie.

I come from humble beginnings from Offaly where the majority of my family still reside and I am proud to call myself an Irish Farmer (although admittedly I may not be a good one). I am proud of my Irish heritage from the O' Molloy and O' Carroll clan and with great enthusiasm I say, I am a man of this land who is born and bred from the very soil and sand beneath my feet. I love Ireland and those who call it home, if you are reading this with good intentions, I love you buddy! I may not know you but I hope you know you are seen, known and loved even if you don't always feel this. If MT3 can be of assistance and has the capacity then we will aim to help you friend, for Social Justice and Good.

For the benefit of those reading and according to the DSM fifth edition along with ICD for diagnostic guidelines it is highly likely I am Autistic with OCD tendencies. I may also have a photographic memory but admittedly this may be subjective. I have sought diagnosis of this but unfortunately due to the current strain on the Irish systems I may have to wait 2 years or longer to confirm my self diagnosis. I would like to refer you to Rosenhan, D. L. (1973). On being sane in insane places. Science, 179(4070), 250–258. https://doi.org/10.1126/science.179.4070.250. Rosenham was a very forward thinker and the findings of his study are very much still relevant today worldwide. Please be aware, I know who and what I am,  although I may falter, stumble and fall, I will rise from the ashes of my defeat like the Irish Phoenix of folklore. I will come back as a stronger incarnation of myself until I am parted from my mortal coil.

In relation to religion I identify as Agnostic. I do believe there is something,l, moral and FREEDA based option available. I am fascinated by numbers and there is sound logic in the phrase "3 is the magic number". It's why it's in the name, although the calculations I have conducted are hard for even me to understand and go beyond the remit of this bio.

In relation to pronouns I identify as an open minded individual male although I am not gay. Under MT3 FREEDA Principles I respect your autonomy in relation to your pronouns although I may not personally agree with them, but you do you buddy! For medical and biological purposes MT3 recognizes the following categories (but is open to feedback):

• Biological Male

• Biological Female

• Biological Hermaphrodite

• Male to Female

• Female to Male

• Either to Hermaphrodite

The reasoning behind these classifications is based on my current understanding of biology and what is scientifically possible. In a medical sense it is important for these classifications to provide safe, swift and efficient care to individuals. This is an example of Equity, on a very basic and primal level, man and woman are different and have different medical needs. Nature does not care about pronouns and use of such during medical intervention may lead to a delay in care that risks your further deterioration. Individuals who are transitioning may be on hormones or other related treatments which changes the course of care. These classifications are designed with your interest in mind and are subject to change based off of feedback.

On a final note before we go I wish to thank you for taking the time to read this. It took me 30 years to learn how to communicate to my fellow man and nearly another 3 years to be able to see some of my vision of the future through. As this is the Internet I will leave you with my mandated cat pictures, a memorial of my FREEDA Harley cat, unfortunately considered deceased November 2025.
